A little clarity goes a long way.
Practical answers before your first sourcing conversation.
Before your first order
Which products can I source?
Our core catalogue covers turmeric, dry ginger, jaggery and selected spices such as cumin, coriander, red chilli, black pepper and fenugreek. Availability is confirmed per enquiry.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product, specification, packing and supplier. Share your target quantity so we can review a suitable option; there is no single published MOQ across the range.
Can you arrange samples?
Sample availability, quantity, cost and delivery arrangements are discussed for the chosen product before proceeding.
Which pack sizes are available?
The catalogue lists 25 kg and 50 kg PP bags. Other pack sizes, retail formats and private labels require a separate feasibility and cost review.
Do you coordinate LCL and FCL shipments?
We discuss LCL or FCL options with logistics partners based on cargo volume, route, handling needs and commercial terms. Freight and schedules are confirmed for each shipment.
Which countries do you serve?
We welcome international buyer enquiries, including the UAE, UK, USA and Singapore. Feasibility and destination requirements are reviewed individually; these are target markets rather than a published shipment history.
Are all products organic or certified?
No blanket organic or certification claim is made. If you need a particular certification or test report, specify it in your enquiry so supporting records can be checked.
What are your prices and payment terms?
Pricing, quotation validity, payment and delivery terms depend on the agreed order. Contact us with your product, quantity, destination and specification for a relevant discussion.
How long does delivery take?
Lead times depend on availability, processing, packaging, documentation and the chosen route. A timeline can be discussed after the requirement is reviewed.
Do you supply FMCG, engineering or marine products?
These are outside the confirmed agricultural catalogue. We can discuss a sourcing enquiry, but availability and capability must be verified before any offer.
What information should I send first?
Include your company name, product and form, technical specification, quantity, pack size, destination country and port, required documents and target timeline.
